Read the newsletter for important information and changes as we start the school year!
Free Meals are no longer provided by the USDA for the upcoming school year. Please fill out the new lunch form and return to the office as soon as possible. We encourage everyone to apply!
If you are planning on having your child attend the After School program, please sign them up ASAP. Spots are limited, and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Walk-ins will be accepted if room is available. Inquire at the office for availability.

Back to School Reminders from Nurse Kami:
Below are the Health requirements and Documentation needed for incoming students:
Pre-K: Birth Certificate & up to date on all immunizations, including those that are required for entry into a Public School (Kindergarten shots)
Kindergarten: Physical within 6 months prior to the start of school date, eye exam (can be done by family MD during physical) birth Certificate & up to date immunizations. (If you attended a public prek, you should have already had your shots.)
7th Grade: All students are required to have a physical within 6 months prior to the start of school date, eye exam (can be done by family MD during physical)birth Certificate & up to date immunizations
8-12 grade: Physical within 6 months prior to the start of school date for those participating in all NSAA activities. (sports, cheer, dance)
Any student transferring in from out of state: Physical within 6 months prior to the start of school date, eye exam (can be done by family MD during physical) birth Certificate & up to date immunizations
Allergy and Asthma Plans
All students that have allergies to food must have an action plan on hand and provide Epi-Pen's for school use.
All students that have asthma must have an action plan on hand and provide a rescue inhaler to the school for student use.
Medications that need to be given during the school day: Parents can sign a permission form at the nurses office. Over the counter medications must be provided in their original containers and labeled with the child's name. Prescription medications must be in a container labeled by the pharmacy.
